Townhouse in Pozuelo de Alarcón

Diana and Fernando contacted us to carry out a comprehensive reform of what had been Fernando’s family home and which they had bought with great enthusiasm.

 

The fundamental challenge of this work was to make a distribution that fit their needs, respecting the original structure of the house.

 

The result has been a very open and bright ground floor with a large living room, large kitchen with office and pantry and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms so that Diana and Fernando can enjoy all the space they need and focus on expanding their family.
