Collection and processing of personal data

 

Personal data is any information about a person: name, email, address, telephone, NIF/NIE… Additionally, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their Internet access provider.

  • The right to the portability of data: if you want your data to be processed by another company, “Nala Studio” will provide you with your data in a machine-readable format.

If a User considers that there is a problem with the handling of his/her data by “Nala Studio”, he/she can address his/her claims to the Data Security Manager or to the corresponding data protection authority, in this case the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

 

Data Retention

 

The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to meet the request for information, or until the consent given is withdrawn.

The personal data of the Clients will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship. The period of retention of personal data will be the minimum necessary established by law, and may last for:

– 4 years: Law on Labour Infractions and Sanctions (obligations regarding social security membership, registrations, cancellations, contributions, payment of salaries…); Arts. 66 et seq. General Tax Law (accounting records…)

– 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special term)

– 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting records, invoices…)

– 10 years: Art. 25 Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism

– No time limit: disaggregated and anonymous data.

In relation to the processing of data of candidates (C.V.), “Nala Studio” may keep curricula stored for a maximum of two years in order to include them in future calls for applications, unless the candidate states otherwise.

 

Social networks

 

“Nala Studio” has a profile on some of the main social networks on the Internet (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), where it duly identifies itself in all cases as the Data Controller responsible for the processing of the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, users who leave comments and other user profiles (hereinafter, followers) published by “Nala Studio”.

The purpose of the processing of data by “Nala Studio”, when not prohibited by law, will be to inform its followers about its activities and offers, by any means facilitated by the social network, as well as to provide personalised customer service. The legal basis for data processing will be the consent of the interested party, which he/she may withdraw at any time.

Under no circumstances will “Nala Studio” extract data from the social networks, unless the consent of the User has been specifically and expressly obtained for this purpose (for example, to run a competition).

 

Selection of personnel

 

The applicant who sends electronic communications to “Nala Studio”, with the aim of taking part in personnel selection processes, hereby authorises us to analyse: the documents sent (for example, the C.V.), all the content that is directly accessible through Internet search engines (for example, Google), the profiles held on professional social networks (for example, LinkedIn), the data obtained in the entrance tests, and the information that is revealed in the job interview; with the aim of evaluating their application and being able, if necessary, to offer them a job. If the candidate is not selected, “Nala Studio” may keep his or her C.V. stored for a maximum of two years, in order to include it in future calls for applications, unless the candidate states otherwise. The legal basis for data processing will be the consent of the interested party, who may withdraw it at any time.

The information provided by the client will, in any case, be considered confidential and may not be used for any purpose other than those described herein. “Nala Studio” undertakes not to disclose or reveal information about the User’s claims, the reasons for the advice requested, or the duration of the relationship with the User.
