MONTECARMELO HOME RENOVATION

María and Agustín got in touch with us because they had finally managed to buy a property in the same residential area where they had been renting for a few years. From the get go, we realised that Maria had a clear vision and was willing to take risks, so it was very easy to work with her.

… Partitions were knocked down to merge the kitchen and living room into one space. The laundry room was also integrated into the kitchen and a new window was built in the living room to let more natural light shine through.

The main difficulty of this project was making sure that the hydraulic-type hexagonal tiles seamlessly met with the floorboards. However, the outcome was a great success.

The kitchen, which was completely custom-made by Agustín, also turned out beautifully and incorporated everything necessary.

We are thrilled with how this bold vision came to life.
