A dream terrace with room to fit it all…

Rocio and Alberto bought a penthouse with a large terrace and commissioned Nala Studio to renovate and adapt the house to their needs, paying special attention to the terrace, which given the vast surface area it covered, had to include an office for Alberto, an open-air dining area, a games area and a practical laundry room.

The bathrooms were refurbished, the lay-out of the master bedroom was updated and the hallway was taken advantage of to install more storage space.

As can often be the case during renovations, unexpected work can pop up. In this case we had to replace the entire heating system, as well as all the interior woodwork and flooring.

Rocío, Alberto and their family are already enjoying their renovated home and, of course, a beautiful terrace where there is space for everything.
