Family duplex in Majadahonda

A functional and modern renovation of a home in Majadahonda

Marta and Javier contacted us because they needed a team to help bring to life the project they had envisioned for the home they had just purchased: a bright and spacious duplex in Majadahonda, ready to move into.

The project focused on redesigning the kitchen to turn it into a functional, highly liveable space for the whole family, connected to both the living room and the entrance area. To achieve this, we designed an L-shaped glass partition to house the dining area, with bespoke integrated furniture.
We also fitted the terrace with safety glass, an essential requirement for our clients, who have young children.

In addition, we removed the existing dark parquet flooring and installed a beautiful light wood floor, enhancing the abundant natural light throughout the property.

Finally, we made a few small adjustments to Javier’s home office to make it more comfortable, and updated the en-suite bathroom by replacing the bathtub with a practical and elegant shower tray.
We completed the project in time for Marta and Javier to enjoy their new home before the summer, and we are grateful for the trust they placed in NALA.
