A new life for the family home

Juncal and Cayetano contacted us in the summer of 2022 because they needed to renovate the house Juncal had inherited from her parents, where they had already been living for several years.

Over time, they had adapted their needs to the existing space, but they finally decided to invest in creating a home tailored to them, suited not only to their current lifestyle but also to their future needs.

The house is arranged over two levels: a raised main floor, accessed via a staircase and porch, and a lower floor — formerly used as a garage — where we created a wonderful independent apartment for their son, Daniel.

We carried out a full renovation, replacing the windows, redistributing the spaces and installing underfloor heating on the main floor. On the lower level, where there was not enough height for underfloor heating, we installed a conventional heating system. We also replaced the flooring, renovated the bathrooms and kitchen, and updated the house throughout.

In short, this was a full renovation that Juncal and Cayetano are already enjoying, just as much as we enjoyed working with this lovely couple.
